The hotel was modern and comfortable.
The view! The website mentioned from our selected room, but the view was of an adjacent building. We asked for as high a room as possible because we realise that there are lots of high-rise buildings in London. Although this was disappointing, it didn't give us cause to complain.

What was the highlight of Clayton Hotel City of London
I slept well in the hotel, and was happy that I stayed there.
Room was very clean and tastefully laid out. The bathroom was very good with an excellent shower. The breakfast has very good variety and catered for all tastes. Witing staff were pleasant. The only issue was the television. It should be possible to just turn on the television and look for a programme. Logging in and codes etc should not apply.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to all cool restaurants, markets, and sights. Highly recommended.
